Elena has a multidisciplinary background, having completed a PhD in Social Psychology which was informed by human geography, psychology, and sociology. She has a specific interest in qualitative methodologies and has contributed to the design, delivery and management of a number of studies that have shaped strategy and communications for public and third sector clients.

Martha has strong qualitative skills, spanning behavioural research, market research and brand development, with experience in different markets (Europe, Australia and Asia). She has a particular interest in environmental sustainability, communications and social media.

Didi Wambugu

Didi has worked as a researcher across public and third sector clients in the UK, Denmark, Kenya and Costa Rica. Drawing on her anthropological training, she has strong understanding of stakeholders and audiences, and has worked on a range of communications and strategic insight projects.

Leah has conducted over 20 years of cross-sector qualitative research, covering public, commercial and academic. She has broad experience in international contexts and is highly skilled at engaging with a diverse range of audiences, including professional, consumer, and socially excluded groups.
