Events in the health sector

To help the Health Foundation with their events strategy, we provided audience insight from opinion formers in the health sector. Through a mix of qualitative conversations and a bespoke survey designed to reach a larger but still very senior cohort of key influencers, we explored what the audience is seeking from the Foundation’s events and where it stands apart.

A broader element to understand was how audience needs from events have changed since the start of the pandemic – what the shift to online delivery, and how people have experienced this, means for the events sector in the shorter and longer term.

Our work has helped The Health Foundation understand what is valued about their offering and how to ensure that it is optimised to thrive in a changed post-pandemic world.
