‘What makes a member of the public want to join the police force?’
We’ve worked extensively with the Home Office and their creative agency FCB Inferno to develop a national campaign to recruit police officers. Providing deep audience understanding to inform initial strategy, content and targeting opportunities, we’ve also helped the creative campaign evolve over time. Further exploratory work around audience motivations and the creative has made sure the campaign matches the motivations of specific audience sub-groups and has been responsive to environmental changes over the lifetime of the campaign.
